Staff are present for daily caregiving with after-hours care monitoring. We also partner with NPalliative, available on-call 24/7 depending on location.
Management of personal health and/or medical records, scheduling appointments with reminders when needed.
Meticulous medication oversight.
Including insulin administration for diabetic residents, urinary incontinence/catheter care, etc.
Meal reminders and escorting to and from meals and/or activities. Door-to-door pick-up/drop-off by Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA) buses can be arranged by residents and their families.
Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. A full range of services is available each week from our stylist.
We can make arrangements for physical, occupational, respiratory, or speech therapy. We are also happy to arrange a visit from your chosen clergy person.
Weekly housekeeping and laundry assistance.
Three home-cooked meals are prepared daily and served in our sunny dining room with lovely countryside views.
The living room is an excellent place to gather with friends, read a book, or watch a movie. The dining area offers many opportunities to share snacks, smiles, and laughter between our residents and caregivers.
The wooden deck offers another relaxing outdoor space to safely socialize with plenty of shade and sunshine, while the expansive yard provides a park-like setting to commune with nature.
Each residence is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and sprinkler systems are installed overhead in our mechanical rooms.
At Life of Riley Meadows, we prioritize our residents' privacy, dignity, and personal independence. Therefore, each resident's studio residence is individually keyed if needed, based on each individual's request and unique circumstances.
The entire facility is barrier-free. Accessibility ramps exit the exterior.
At Life of Riley, the studio residences and their respective views are generally similar but not identical. While furnishings and décor are at each resident's discretion, additional items can typically be provided upon request if needed.
Board games, puzzles, & card games. Bingo is a fan favorite!
Many of our residents love to settle into the living area with a snack or a bowl of popcorn to enjoy a movie together.
We support our resident's hobbies and creative expressions, with carers participating in leisure time activities whenever possible.
