Caregiving oversight is typically best suited for more active seniors who can safely make independent decisions with light supervision but benefit from occasional assistance with daily routines.
In contrast, caregiving provides a more hands-on, involved level of resident assistance, ideal for those with memory impairment or requiring advanced hygiene support. An initial assessment is conducted to determine the appropriate Life of Riley Senior Care services before occupancy.
Upon moving into the Life of Riley Senior Care community, an initial assessment is conducted to determine the appropriate level of service and care. Ongoing assessments are performed regularly to ensure that the correct service plans are maintained and to identify any significant changes in service needs.
Residents are encouraged to furnish their own residences; however, additional furnishings can typically be provided upon request if needed.
WiFi is available to residents at a limited capacity in common areas, although service is not guaranteed. WiFi performance in individual residences is also not guaranteed, as it is controlled by the WiFi carrier.
Yes, this is your home, and your family and friends are always welcome. For the safety of all residents and staff, all guests are required to sign in and out at the front desk.
Domestic cats, caged birds, and small dogs (under 25 lbs.) are currently welcome at the Life of Riley Meadows and Maples locations only. All animals must be pre-approved by the location's Executive Administrator prior to moving in. Factors such as size, weight, type of animal, and the ability to live with the elderly population are considered before acceptance. Pets must be housebroken, spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, well-behaved, and have a recent veterinarian statement of good health. If a resident can no longer properly care for their pet, alternative arrangements must be made with the Executive Administrator for the pet’s care at the owner's expense. A non-refundable pet fee is required upon signing the Resident Agreement, along with a pet addendum to cover any damages caused by the pet. A monthly pet fee may also apply. All pet decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, as individual circumstances vary greatly.
Yes, normal maintenance and repair are included in your monthly fee.
Yes, all normal utilities are included in your monthly fee.
All residences are equipped with an emergency call system that alerts our well-trained staff to respond promptly.
All Life of Riley Senior Care locations are non-smoking indoors and working to become completely non-smoking campuses in the near future.
